YOGA - The Warrior Pose


Since I have got Wii Fit I can now learn Yoga the proper way. It moniters the weight you place on your legs and makes sure you are doing it right!

The Warrior Post is by far my favorite pose, it works your hips and thighs, I really like this one its my favorite!

It makes me feel strong after I do it for a few minutes on each leg.
