So have you ever tried Yoga?? My aunty has been doing it for 6 months and she looks GREAT! So i went and bought a video for beginners and tried it out.. i must say i think I am too anxious to actually relax and meditate while doing it but its a good to strech the muscles out...
now did i feel anything afterward?? Not a thing, nothing is sore and it doesnt feel like i did anything at all... sooo not sure if i did something wrong or maybe it just takes time but i will try atleast 20 times and see what happens

Replacement Shakes
I have decided to incorporate fruit shakes into my diet. I really like it and they are filling, I drink them all day long while snacking on salad, bagels etc. I enjoy drinking them and its quick easy and good for you. Cant beat that you should try it!

Making Progress
Last week I was brave enough to step on the scale! I was soooo hesitant because its just usually depressing, I was excited to find out I had lost 15 pds. YAY! So its cool to see I lost weight but I havent lost a single inch.. Isnt that weird?? I thought inches usually come off before the weight.. so I feel lighter but I dont think I look lighter.. close are not really looser.. anyway i guess i should be greatful for the 15 pds lol
