Feeling under the weather!

Sorry guys I have missed my past 2 days of posts because me and the kids are really sick. As you can imagine the eating hasnt been great the past few days, too sick to cook and nothing sounds good. Anyway in a few days i should be feeling better and i will start the journal posts again and dont worry ill fill you in on the crap i ate during the time i was sick.

can you say carls jr and chinese food?? waaaaay bad for you.

Day 2

Ok folks so day 2 started out not as great, i had to go help mom move some things so i didnt get the opportunity to work out...

what i ate

1.turkey sandwich with some cheese
2. carls jr - salad
3. chocolate shake

so once again i am plagued with the fast food and its because im sooo freckin busy there is not time to cook.. does anyone have quick meals??? and i mean quick, my family is always on the go and we need quick meal ideas help me please!

Day 1

Ok so I must say that today started out well and it always does. I work out every morning, I do the eliptical for 60 minutes, sit ups, work out my arms with a tension band, use the "leg magic" machine and im done! So about 1.5 hrs every day , every work day i mean so only 5 days a week.

Working out is not my problem! Look at the menu!

1. ate my multigrain apple crisps - 100 calories *** (the stars because its ok to eat)
2. Apple Bees (we went out for valentines day but no excuse to eat bad) Oriental Chicken Salad - salads are good but this one i know has tons of calories in the dressing
3. Appetizers of mozerella sticks, and chips with Artichoke and spinach dip - BAD BAD BAD i cleared the plate and wanted more!
4. Gosh I cannot forget the midnight stop to Cold Stone

You will see I have only really eaten 2 complete meal and the choice was bad. All the working out I did this morning well i can foget it, I ate bad all day so I wont lose a pound this week.

Ok so I can use the excuse it was Valentines Days but really this happens a lot. I dont wanta cook and theres nothing better than a fat hamburger from Farmer Boys... If I do not leave the house i eat ok but if you suggest we go out to eat im doomed!

Also I work from home and usually really really busy so cooking basically sucks!

The Whole Truth and Nothing But the Truth

So I have decided that from here on out I am going to tell everyone what I ate, if I exercised and how I feel about it! You are only going to get the whole truth from me and nothing but the truth! I think if I start writing this stuff down maybe we will start seeing a pattern, oh and of course if I tell you how bad I was please SLAP me back into a good lifestyle and not let the food control me! Are you ready to be accountable? (im totally hesitant only because I know I am going to embarrass myself) Ready Set Go!

Welcome!

So I am very excited about this new blog and I hope all will join me in the venture of losing weight! I have been trying to lose weight for over a year now with little progress. I have tried diet pills, fad diets, exercise machines and nothing worked. I finally figured that maybe if I ban together with others suffering from the same problems that we can lose weight together. I have no clue if it will work but I figured its worth a try we have tried everything else right??

So please comment daily on your progress as I will do the same. Lets help each other be accountable for our weight loss and maybe a little support will help us along the way!
